1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) explains the rules governing your use of Ranklify (“Service”), operated by YesWebsites Digital Agency.

By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Lawful Use

You may use Ranklify only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, marketplace policies, and these Terms of Service.

You are responsible for all content generated or submitted through your account.

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Ranklify to:

Illegal Activities

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Promote criminal activity
  • Commit fraud
  • Facilitate money laundering
  • Evade taxes
  • Circumvent sanctions

Intellectual Property Infringement

Do not:

  • Copy copyrighted product descriptions without permission
  • Infringe trademarks
  • Use protected images unlawfully
  • Misappropriate confidential information

Deceptive Content

Do not generate content that:

  • Contains false product claims
  • Misrepresents ingredients or specifications
  • Creates fake reviews
  • Falsely claims certifications
  • Misleads consumers

Marketplace Violations

Do not intentionally generate listings that violate the policies of any marketplace or platform you publish to. Ranklify currently supports:

  • Amazon
  • Shopify
  • WooCommerce

This obligation also applies to any other marketplace you list on (for example, Etsy, Walmart Marketplace, or eBay) and to any platform Ranklify supports in the future.

Harmful Content

Do not generate or distribute content promoting:

  • Violence
  • Terrorism
  • Child exploitation
  • Hate speech
  • Harassment
  • Discrimination
  • Illegal drugs
  • Weapons trafficking
  • Human trafficking

Malicious Activity

You must not:

  • Upload malware
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Probe vulnerabilities
  • Launch denial-of-service attacks
  • Introduce viruses
  • Interfere with other users

Platform Abuse

Do not:

  • Circumvent plan limits
  • Share paid accounts
  • Resell unauthorized access
  • Abuse free trials
  • Create multiple accounts to avoid restrictions
  • Scrape the Service
  • Reverse engineer the platform

Agency subscribers may provide generated content to clients in accordance with their subscription.

4. AI Usage

Users remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing.

Ranklify does not guarantee that generated content complies with marketplace rules or legal requirements.

5. Enforcement

We may:

  • Remove content
  • Suspend accounts
  • Limit features
  • Terminate subscriptions
  • Report unlawful activity to authorities

with or without prior notice where appropriate.
