Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

Parties
This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the Terms of Service between:
YesWebsites Digital Agency (“Processor”)
and
the Customer (“Controller”)
where applicable privacy laws require such an agreement.
Subject Matter
Ranklify processes personal information solely to provide the Service.
Nature of Processing
Processing includes:
- Storage
- Retrieval
- AI generation
- Organization
- Hosting
- Transmission
- Security
- Deletion
Categories of Data
Examples include:
- Names
- Email addresses
- Product data
- Business information
- Usage information
- IP addresses
Categories of Data Subjects
- Customers
- Employees
- Merchants
- Store owners
- Authorized users
Processor Obligations
Ranklify shall:
- Process data only on documented instructions
- Maintain confidentiality
- Implement appropriate security measures
- Assist with data subject requests
- Notify Controllers of personal data breaches where legally required
- Delete or return personal data upon termination where applicable

Ranklify uses the following subprocessors:
- Clerk
- Neon
- Vercel
- Anthropic
- Lemon Squeezy
- Paystack
- Resend
- Google Analytics
We may update this list from time to time. The current, detailed list is maintained on our Subprocessor List.
International Transfers
Personal data may be processed outside the Customer’s jurisdiction.
Where required, appropriate safeguards will be implemented.
Security
Ranklify maintains reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect Customer data.
Audits
Customers may request reasonable information regarding our security practices.
Termination
Upon termination of the Service, Customer data will be deleted or anonymized according to our Privacy Policy unless retention is legally required.
